These terms govern the aletarch.com website. Aletarch products and services, including Eidren, are governed by their own terms, not by these.

Who we are
The website at https://aletarch.com (the “site”) is operated by Aletarch Inc, a Delaware corporation (“Aletarch”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Using the site
You may read, link to, and quote the site with attribution. You may not misrepresent your affiliation with Aletarch, or use our name or marks to imply that we endorse you or what you make.
You may not use the site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation, or attempts to reach systems or data that are not made available to you. Good-faith security research conducted under our vulnerability disclosure policy is not a breach of these terms.
Automated access and AI training
Automated access is permitted, provided it does not degrade the site for others. Crawling for search indexing, archiving, and research, including machine reading and use in training data, is permitted on the same terms as human reading: attribute the source, do not present the content as your own, and do not imply that Aletarch endorses what you build from it.
We may withdraw this permission from any agent or operator that ignores robots.txt, places unreasonable load on the site, or misattributes what it takes.
Intellectual property
Content on the site is © 2026 Aletarch Inc unless stated otherwise. The Aletarch and Eidren names and marks are trademarks of Aletarch Inc. You may use them to refer to us accurately; you may not use them as your own or in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist. Research notes published on the site may be quoted and shared with attribution, as described under “Using the site”.
Links to other sites
The site may link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Content on the site is for general information. It is not an offer, a commitment, or professional advice. Descriptions of products, including those still in development, reflect current intent and may change.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aletarch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).
These exclusions and limits apply only to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or willful misconduct where the law does not allow it to be excluded, or any right you have as a consumer under mandatory local law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, nothing in this section takes that right away.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Aletarch about the site. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
